Q) How do I choose the product I want?
A) You can choose amongst our various products, using the menu in the left hand column of each page, where the products are divided into categories, and once chosen the category you can see it in the page centre. Or you can use our search browser in the upper right of each page. Just write a description of what you are looking for in the space and click on “SEARCH” or press “RETURN” and a list of products similar to what you are requesting will appear. You can search for a brand name, a product (e.g. “Hard Disk”) or even something specific (e.g. “asus a8n-e” or “hard disk maxtor 200 Gb”). Actually it’s really quite easy!

Q) Once chosen the product, how do I order it?
A) Ordering one or more products is quick and easy:
1) Find the product you desire either by category or using the search browser;
2) Once chosen, transfer it to your Order Tray by clicking on the Tray symbol on the right of the field of the product you have chosen. You can repeat this operation as many times as you wish, for the number of products you wish, even different ones.
3) At this point, click on "chart". If you haven’t done it yet, you will now be asked to “Register”, i.e. enter your personal data; then your order or quotation sheet will appear, showing the details of your request (which can be modified) with the related costs per item and the total. If you wish to confirm your purchase, click on “ORDER”, otherwise click on “PRINT” to have a quotation.
4) You have confirmed the order? Good! Now choose how you want to pay and then “sign” for acceptance of the sales contract, the related privacy regulations, and that’s it!
Once finished all you have to do is comfortably sit back and wait for the product to be delivered to your address!

Q) Can I request your assistance also for the assembly, in case I have difficulty once I receive the PC, or in case I have to integrate the accessories with equipment I already possess?

Q) Within your website, can I click anywhere, or are there sections I have to pay to access?
A) Our website is safe and completely free! You can click anywhere, write to us as long you wish because, besides the orders, everything is free of charge, even sponsors.

Q) Is purchasing through the web safe?
A) Ruling law protects buyers. Our site uses a security system to protect the personal data entered by customers, known as SSL128, that you can check is present by seeking for the “lock” down in you internet browser bar, and in some cases notice window informs you that you are accessing a protected area. A) The credit card data you enter do not go to our site, but directly to Banca Sella our on line reference institute. Furthermore the data is encrypted, i.e. encoded by a system called SSL3 128 bit, that makes them illegible to others. If you wish to check if the system is running, seek on your browser bar for the presence of a small lock shaped icon. Therefore your data will go directly to the Bank that carries out the transaction and then destroys the data. This means that when you make a new order, you will have to enter the data again.

Q) If inauspiciously, somebody steels my credit card data, how can I protect myself from any misuse?
A) Premised that this is a risk present in all types of transactions and not only those performed on line, if it should happen, you must contact your credit card administrator and block the card and the debit transaction. Your administrator will provide refund, once the ascertained the incorrect use.

Q) Who pays for transport fees?
A) They are charged to the customer.

Q) How is the product delivered and how long does it take?
A) The product is delivered via express courier and the time depends on the type of shipment we choose, in any case it ranges from a minimum of three to a maximum of five working days from the order confirmation for small products, and 7 to 9 days in case of larger orders such as a complete PC because we need the time to assemble it for you!

Q) Why do I have to accept the sales conditions to make an order?
A) This is a law provision to protect your rights.
Before ordering you should always read the sale's conditions, which include shipment terms, payment terms, delivery terms and all the terms that cover the guarantee you are entitled to amongst other items. Regulations provide that the customer must read and accept these conditions before ordering.

Q) Why do I have to pay in advance?
A) Your order is safe because the email confirmations, that are equal to a registered return letter, ensure you that the material you are ordering will be correctly shipped to you, but how do we protect ourselves against a possible customer who decides not pay for the material purchased?. Our only protection is advanced payment which considering all the guarantees you are given, doesn’t harm you at all!

Q) I’ve purchased a product, can I check the status of my order?
A) Our site contains a TRACKING functions which enables you to trace the status of you order. To use it, you should login and go in your user panel.

Q) What do I do when the courier delivers the package?
A) ou have to check the conditions of wrapping and the contents, in order to establish responds to the products indicated in the order and to visibly check their integrity (it could have been damaged during transport).

Q) What do I do if, upon delivery, the wrapping doesn’t look integral or seems in bad conditions?
A) You must, for the security and guarantee of your purchase and to be entitled to the right to refund, check the contents and in any case accept the delivery with reserve and then send an email within 5 days of receipt to support@ai-machines.com . If the courier does not accept the reserve condition, then reject the shipment!

Q) What can I do if the product is broken when it arrives?
A) If the product reaches its destination in damaged or devaluating conditions, you can request the resolution of the contract or a reduction on price. It is however absolutely indispensable that you open the box upon delivery by the courier, in order to verify integrity and consequently refuse to sign the delivery bill and reject the product, or accept it with reserve. This is easily explained because someone could inadvertently damage the product immediately after receipt and state that they received it damaged.

Q) I’m not satisfied with the purchase, what can I do?
A) You can exert your right to withdrawal.

Q) What is the right to withdrawal and how can I assert it?
A) The right to withdrawal is the faculty of the consumer to withdraw from the obligations deriving from a sales contract previously signed.
This right can be asserted within 10 working days from receiving the product, and obviously these must be integral and must not have been used as well as returned in their original packaging. We obviously reserve the right to verify the integrity and function of the contents before proceeding to any refund.

Q) Are the products I purchase guaranteed?
A) Of course! All on line purchases are covered by normal guarantee regulations and conditions.

Q) How do I get service under guarantee?
A) You can decide whether to contact the Assistance Centre closest to your address, or resend product to be repaired to us and we will send it to the centre in compliance with the regulations indicated in the sale's contract.

Q) What do you mean by “Manufacturer Guaranteed”?
A) As provided by law, all products placed on the Italian market must be covered by a 2 year guarantee on their efficiency supplied by the manufacturer. It is also true, however, that some manufacturers (see Hard Disk Samsung) offer 3 year guarantee on their products.
